Training: My Mom and Pop, The kitchen of the original Anna’s, Educated at Ohio State University and New York University. Majored in Anthropology and Sociology. Started working at Anna’s Pizza in New York in 1986 at the age of 13.

Signature Style: Old traditional Italian family recipes.
Signature Dishes: Chicken Fresca and Tilapia a la’ Anna.

Biggest Challenge as a Chef: “Maintaining consistency of both product and service quality.”
Awards: Apex Chamber of Commerce 2009 Small Business of the Year, 2010 Cary Living Magazine Best Pizza, 2010 Cary Living Magazine Best Historic Society, 2010 Cary Living Magazine Best Kid Friendly, and 2010 Cary Living Magazine Best New Business.
Advice to Others in Foodservice: “You have to love what you do. Don’t EVER take a customer for granted.”
Family: Younger brother, Yury (brother and owner of Anna’s. Petey sees her whole crew as a family.
