Tomato markets started to ease off late last week, as Thanksgiving demand begins to wind down.

The transition from Central to  Southern California is almost complete, and supply chains are improving daily.

More and more apple varieties are available, and prices are softening as shippers get their harvesting done and get in the mood to sell apples.

Squash and zucchini are in an oversupply situation right now, with more available than the farmers can sell.

Georgia’s corn season is wrapping up and everyone is looking to Florida to be the next source.

Egg usage goes way up for the holidays, with all of the wonderful baking and other recipes that depend on hen fruit.

We still have some pumpkins and gourds for your Thanksgiving decorations, but they’re going fast.

We have all kinds of winter hard squashes.

Advice to Others in Foodservice“You have to love what you do.  Don’t EVER take a customer for granted.”
