Ford's Produce makes placing your orders as convenient as possible. Orders may be placed Online, in person, by telephone (919-833-7559), by fax (919-839-8121), or left on our voice mail system (1-800-821-3673). It helps to avoid confusion if you are specific when naming your company and what you are ordering. Please first give the name and address of the business for which you are ordering. Next, please be specific as to the items you need. Because we stock many varieties for you a box of tomatoes could be many different varieties or container sizes.
We deliver Monday thru Saturday, with our first trucks leaving at 6:00 a.m. These trucks carry orders placed the day before or left on our answering machines. The second round of local delivery trucks usually leave around 10:00 a.m. If you need your order early in the morning, or you are outside of the Triangle area, we suggest you get your order on the first truck of the day.
When shipping, we try to be as accurate as possible. We have an exceptionally low number of mis-shipments and mark outs (less than one half of one percent of all packages), but sometimes mistakes are made. If your order is not what you expected or the delivery does not come at its usual time, please let us know. We will do our absolute best to fix any problem and get your order to you immediately.
