inspected and approved fresh-cut processing facility in eastern North Carolina. Ford's provides the freshest and highest quality fresh-cut produce possible year-round.
Fresh Cut produce describes produce that is table ready. In the food service industry where limited availability of labor, staff retraining and waste removal cost are extremely high, many customers are finding it much more efficient to buy their produce already prepped, washed and ready to serve.
Compared to west coast source processors, our product is usually at least five days fresher! We also offer a high level of flexibility in our operation. While we offer many stock items to choose from, we can provide practically any customized product that you need. With the production done in house by our well-trained staff, constant availability of products is assured.
